Awarded Eureka Global Stars funding for a deep tech UK-Japan bilateral CR&D project. The two-year Eureka Global Stars project is an R&D collaboration between UK start-up Smart-Ventilation Ltd and a Japanese semiconductor start-up from RIKEN, BEAM Technologies Inc. RIKEN is Japan’s largest research institution with over 3,000 employees.
The project will develop a Far-UVC virus inactivation semiconductor integrated smart ventilation technology. Smart-Ventilation Ltd is the Eureka project lead. The total value of the project is €1,127,495
